Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs)

Specialist Leaders of Education (SLEs) offer bespoke support for school leadership. They focus on developing the leadership capacity and capability of other leaders, so that they have the skills to lead their own teams and improve practice in their own schools.

SLEs can provide:

• New and established leader support
• Assistance with planning and delivery of curriculum
• Data analysis and interventions/recommendations
• Collaborative project work/support

SLEs are available across subjects and phases.

Although the co-ordination of SLE work no longer sits within the remit of the Teaching School Hub, we have retained a list of our SLEs, including their specialism and contact details, and can share the details of relevant colleagues.  Schools can then make contact with them directly, to make arrangements and discuss costs etc.
