NPQ for Leading Behaviour and Culture (NPQLBC)

Our NPQLBC programme has been designed with existing or aspiring educators, who have responsibilities for leading behaviour and/or supporting pupil wellbeing, in mind. It is a qualification that is delivered flexibly and offers a blend of face to face, online and self-directed study over a 12-month period.

NPQLBC modules cover a wide range of themes including:

      * Teaching                                                           * School culture

      * Enabling conditions for good behaviour       * Complex behavioural needs

      * Professional development                              * Implementation

The need for a large project has been removed from the reformed suite of NPQs and the assessment process has been streamlined, to take into account the workload of busy teachers.

We understand how important professional learning is and we are committed to helping delegates develop their strengths as a leader and develop the unique expertise they offer their school.

You will be expertly supported by our facilitation team who represent the diversity and experience of school leadership within our region. Our facilitators are all existing school leaders from Leicester and Leicestershire and are well versed in the context we work within.
