2-Day Youth Mental Health First Aid Course, 23rd & 24th May, Soar Valley Training Centre, from 9.00am to 5.00pm. £250 per person.
- This two-day course provides a more in depth understanding of specific mental health issues and is delivered in four manageable chunks:
- What is mental health?
- Depression and anxiety
- Suicide and psychosis
- Self-harm and eating disorders
