2-Day Youth Mental Health First Aid – 15 & 16 February or 23 & 24 May – Soar Valley Training Centre – 9.00am – 5.00pm - £250 per person
- This course provides a more in depth understanding of specific mental health issues and is delivered in four manageable chunks:
- What is mental health?
- Depression and anxiety
- Suicide and psychosis
- Self-harm and eating disorders
1-Day Youth Mental Health First Aid Champion – Tuesday 19th March or Tuesday 18th June – Soar Valley Training Centre – 9.00am – 5.00pm - £165 per person
- This one-day course trains you as a Youth MHFA Champion, giving you:
- An understanding of common mental health issues and how they can affect young people
- Ability to spot signs of mental ill health in young people and guide them to a place of support
- Knowledge and confidence to advocate for mental health awareness
- Skills to support positive wellbeing
